How does that happen? Do you have a replay? I know his Q got cast-buffering a while back, but I hadn't heard of it making him actually good in URF.

If you have 1 or 2 other big threats karthus either will kill you or force your hourglass(you have you pay ur karthus tax) and they catch you out. I've won 3 karthus matches and lost 1 due to the enemy having mao, and gnar.
