Wager Matches 5v5

Dear Riot & Fan's of League, I would like to create a discussion about having some form of wager/high stakes game modes. Something like a 5v5 solo or team game mode where you have to pay a set amount of 50-1000 IP to play per player. where the winning team will take home the profit. My main account has a bunch of IP that I really have no use for. I have all champs and runes/pages I would ever need. I think it would be fun to wager my Useless IP in a high stakes match. I really want this to be a wager match with "RP" because that will flush out the trolls because the stakes are at its highest; however, I know that would never work out so I though "IP" would be the next best option. I hope this Discussion gains from traction.
