You can ge the first win of the day with Into bots and if you just mindlessly push mid You will be attacking enemy nexus in less than 15 min. So its the free win on the 1st try. I mean you can have a 20 -30 min break or 20 -40 min before you go to bed you can do it quickly.
You might be able to exchange them so, go send a ticket to Riot Support because they do give a small about of RP if you ask for it. I got 100RP in exchange for some art (doesn't have to be good) and there is a chance they could give BE for RP.
