Video editing at it's finest. It's two separate clips stitched together, one of someone jumping off of a tower on a bright sunny day (and likely sticking his jump), the other of a guy attempting to jump into his pool in the middle of winter.

Notice how before the screen goes gray all the colors shift? Different lighting because it's a different day in a different place.

If this was actually a real, we would see a big red spot instead of a crying man.
