Every time I play against a Nasus Top, his jungler camps for him.
I get a double kill more than half the time, or my team gets dragon, or both.
When I play Nasus, if their jungler camps my lane but mine doesn't, I smile in glee since their jungler is helping push my lane, while my jungler is getting bot/mid snowballing and/or dragon, while I later 1v2 their top laner and the jungler.
However, when my jungler ganks when I'm Nasus, I get super frustrated since hes pushing my lane, and half the time we still wont get him early game.

Counter-ganks are an issue since you'll generally lose the 2v2. I generally try to gank once or twice early but deep ward before hand and nope the fuck out at the first sign of their jungler.
