Be honest here. How would you rate Ryze's skillcap compared to the more popular "playmaker" champions like Zed, Vayne, etc? On one hand I see people claiming Ryze is literally just brainless faceroll, on the other I see Faker saying everyone should take time to learn how to play Ryze.
