I get guys who gank for me, fail the gank, tax my lane for said failed gank and never show up again. Meanwhile he successfully panicked the enemy jungle, so now I have him camping top and I can't farm till I'm under tower. I hope that the Rift Herald will fix this problem .__.

Rift Harold will be the source of many deaths to come for top laners. It's meant to be like a second dragon on the map until the 20 minutes mark when the Baron spawns. The harold is going to be a kill pit for top laners and junglers, essentially making top lane more action packed.
