Hey man, I like playing Zed, but I sure as hell don't like fighting against him, so lately I haven't been playing Zed.
It's even worse when you try to defend Nidalee on these forums
I like playing Zed...and against him. I know, crazy, right?
I love playing Zed, but I hate how broken he is. It's a lot of fun, yet it's so stupid how easy his farm and escapes are.
Dunno man, I sure as hell don't like laning against him, I never did, no matter the meta or season. He either gets stomped or carries 1vs9. Not to mention the fact that 95% of Zed players/lovers/mains have the same arguments against all the complains. And that fact that he dictates my pick AND buildpath on top. Instead of both me and the enemy Zed building and playing according to the choices we make during the game, I have to rush 
and/or 
no matter what, or change my lane from a kill lane(
)to a passive/farm lane(
) just because he is Zed for crying out loud. Champion picks themselves shouldn't directly dictate the game right? The choices we make during the course of said game should influence our playstyle and itemization, no? And the reward for being good at Zed is faaaaaaaaar superior to mastering many other champions thanks to his overwhelming kit and itemization. Buy early armor? Pffft he's just gonna buy a

depending on how the game goes on. 99% of the games Zeds buy a . For sustain he can go whatever he pleases since he only has to worry about his HP cause he lacks any recourse to hold him back(energy ftw?) and since said sustain can mostly be turned into offensive power he gets to kick even more ass than usual.
Ofcourse that's my personal opinion, but I do strongly think there must be something done about him as soon as possible, before the meta swifts again and rises on top AGAIN.

Zed is only really a big deal to unranked players
Unranked player = shitty player
Honestly, I think 
has a decent amount of counterplay. You can dodge his shurikens, you can stay far from him in order to not get close to his W and E, and his ult can end him up in only 2 spots: his ult shadow or on top of whoever he is ulting. Yes he can assassinate mages really easily but when I go 
and take I don't have any problems against a Zed
