The only gamemode where this is relevant is ARAM where you may suggest someone to rather kill theirselves If:

• they sit on 7k gold and need to buy items, even then I'd suggest them to execute themself as it is strategically better
• they are very low HP and they should give the feed now, wait the 3 seconds and return with full HP rather than sitting behind turret without potion and without soon heal, making it 4v5 for much longer

As jungler is mentoined, we cannot assume this is ARAM. At what part of SR game you'd simply out of blue suggest someone they should give free kill to enemy team? Not to mentoin the example above is not even out of blue but as given by Chatillon, logically follows the reason to say that.

Also, you are one cute paradox. Saying anyone to "kill theirself" is not polite in etiquette just like saying "fck you" isn't. This etiquette is slowly dying off as current generation is no longer that sensitive about these terms and can tell their friends "hey, fck you man..." without being rude the way decades ago they'd be to say that. You suggest that saying "kill yourself" to friend should follow this phenomenon and be okay to say. You're kind of progressive in that. And yet you regressively think that anyone who'd be offended by it is "emotionally distressed teenage girl" suggesting mainly teenage girls can be like that. I've seen some straight guys being sensitive about this stuff (If, for example, they lost their friend due to suicide) and I've seen plenty teenage girls being careless about what others say - not careless in way "Hey, I don't care but I'll make this song about how hard I don't care, because I care just want to act like I don't", careless in way "Eh...
