Fizz should be banned from existence

is a garbage champion that should be banned from existence.

However a balanced rework such as the one below would be truly appreciated.

FIZZ REWORK:

Passive: Fizz is not accustomed to walking on land, so he is 99% percent slower

Q: Fizz throws himself into the enemy champion or minions, and then dies. All enemy champions and minions are overwhelmed with joy from knowing that Fizz is dead, granting them the buff "Fizz is dead!!!!"

Fizz is dead!!!!- all enemy champions,minions,and turrent's stats are boosted by 100%

W: Fizz stabs himself with his trident, dealing 90% true damage and lowering his MR,armor, and health permanently

E: Fizz 's stats is lowered by 80% and takes 300% more damage. Along with this, every skill shot aimed at him will be guaranteed to hit him

R: Fizz summons his shark. Fizz's shark then eats him
