Personally, I think Graves has been a closet-smoker since he ever turned jungler. Because didn't he turn jungler shortly after losing his cigar? And whenever you find him in there, and he moves, there is suddenly this cloud of smoke appearing.

I'm certain he's been smoking cigars in the nearest bush whenever the opportunity has presented itself!
