If she get's hit by that cane then the quinn is doing it wrong if he slows you wait until he's in melee range, Q him and then E the fuck out of there then punish him for daring to ever attack you no matter how many stacks he has. There should be no reason you get caught by that cane unless he uses exhaust.

If Nasus wither's you then you wait for him to get into melee range Q him so you blind him and aa misses and then E off him then proceed to kite him or back off further since E slows. There should be no reason why you should be hit by a Nasus Q unless he exhausts you. If he uses Ghost you ult he can't catch you and with at it's max rank takes 11 seconds.

You realize that nasus with 40% CDR has 1 second window where you're not withered, right?

You realize by the time that time that happens the laning phase would be over right? You would be either full built or have enough tools to punish him further for trying it and if you do what I said you wouldn't be in range to be withered again. Quinn has also got a ms boost when she procs vunerable and her E slows. Once again there isn't any reason why you should get caught by a Nasus Q unless you're exhausted with the exception of a gank. I've played this match up so many times I'm done arguing it believe what you want. When I have to play against Nasus top and I play as Quinn the only way I get hit by Nasus Q's is if he exhausts me.
