Nasus is technically more cancer because he can lose lane and still scale to win game while only building one damage item and full tank. Teemo on the other hand is unable to do that, if Teemo loses lane he loses game. Also a match up which used to be in favor of Teemo was Teemo vs Nasus, a Nasus who knows what they are doing counters Teemo.

I mean Teemo is annoying but at the same time we must admit he is still weak, sure a teemo that is ahead can splitpush and kite very well and kill enemies not to mention they are going to get a lot of shroom kills but at the end of the day. Nasus is actually balanced unlike Teemo, who is one of the weakest champions. Nasus's only counterplay is kiting. I was playing as a Garen the other day and went against a Nasus. I had a 2 item advantage, not counting boots which we both had and a 2 level advantage. Not to mention I was considerably fed unlike Nasus. I also denied a lot of stacks from his during the laning phase. He comes to match my split and fights me in my own huge minion wave with only about I'd say 20% mana. I barely survived with around a 100 health, 1 more Q/AA and I would have been dead probably. Nasus is actually stupid when he has his ult, you cannot 1 v 1 with that on, I had to run around him in circles while he had that ult on. Not to mention he infinetly scales.
