Oh yeah, btw, that move sucks. It sucks big. You have to use it to lower the PP, but it's useless (even accounting for STAB + Life Orb, it barely breaks 75 power on the first use. Return does 103 base by itself, 154 base factoring for STAB, and 200 base factoring for both, just for reference) before it's been used 3 times, making it highly unlikely that Eevee will even SURVIVE to use it enough to matter. Plus, your opponent will just pull out a Ghost-Type and you'll be SoL unless you decided to pack Shadow Ball. (It's a good coverage move)

I hate how inaccurate the anime is at depicting the battles. One moment, Thunder is one of the worst moves possible (one of the highest base powers at 110, btw) and the next, Lick is 100% Para-Hax with a strangely high amount of damage from non-STAB sources. Conditions are only used as either Deus Ex Machinas or Diablous Ex Machinas, barely existing outside of that. (The only time that springs to mind is when Skyla's Swanna got Burned for a brief moment, and then somehow cured itself with Aqua Ring, objectively one of the worst Water-Type moves in the game and possibly the weakest regeneration move.) Evolutions might as well be renamed to "We only have these in here because the fans forced us to hold SOME truth to the games, please patch this out in Sun/Moon so we can stop having to evolve Pokemon".

Yeah, if you can't tell, I don't like the anime. (XY is the worst one so far, fight me. Best Wishes is somehow better.)
