I don't jungle because of this. It's rather accurate.
in my games with lvl 30's and bronze people (so my elo) i ward as much as i can as sup, so while its a 50/50 in lane, i just see their jg sitting there...waiting...and since we can obviously see them we dont go close to them, or poke them to make them go away (or completely ignore them while not letting the other guys initiate)
then going inall chat saying "shoo" does the trick
