A little advice about Leblanc
this version of lb w's fly speed is so slow.Leblanc is good all because of her w.I hope riot can change it back.

It's slow so that there is counterplay, slow enough to dodge with flash and other displacement abilities but fast enough to not be able to walk out of it. When distortion was 1750 speed, everyone complained about wanting to gut leblanc. The state she's in is fine, strong enough to remain a competitive pick but not strong enough to be banned often.
