I go mid with Annie so all I do is wait for him to get off his pole and then fuck him up with Tibbers stun like a Whore from GTA5

they are buffing AP fizz who has more then 200 AP based on the PBE and nerfing AD fizz.
Yeah they won't just straight out nerf Fizz like they have done to LeBlanc or akali.
But I am fine with that.
