Its not going to work. Though it'll help a lot as motivation for the gentler players, the toxicity wont disappear as it's a genetic problem with us, the players.

I would honestly miss some of the flaming. Some of the insults and rage salt are hilarious, I know some times it tilts people but i mean.. i forgot [slayer-pantheon-popcorn] what it said but this one time a top laner pissed off the enemy nid sooo bad her sentence was out of this world hilarious and creative.
