Sorry. Only way to actually "win this game" is to have 0 IP and 0 RP at the same time. And even then, you only have a short window before Riot Ames comes in and beats those numbers up to 1.

Did you guys know that you can use cheat engine to adjust your IP to whatever amount you want? It's difficult to find the right memory code and time consuming as well, but it can be done. At one point League was so easy to hack with cheat engine that a group of players had given themselves instant cool downs on their summoner spells. So they could rapidly spam flash and cross the map in about 3 seconds, or perma exhaust people, even spam heal so they could take out turrets at level 1. While that has been fixed, it is still possible to modify your IP with cheat engine.
