OK. I have created the 'tankiest' kit from existing champion's kits. It goes something like this:

Zac Passive Vladimir Q Yasuo W Lulu E Swain R

All of this would be on a manaless champion such as Zac, who has decent stats. Build ap offtank and never die since you have perma swain ult which gives you massive amounts of zac blobs. Build rylais, visage, redemption, mercs, heart, stoneplate and run 0-18-12 stormraiders with 8% heal/shield mastery and you will be the tankiest and most unkitable shit ever.

If anyone can come up with a tankier kit post it and we can discuss who's is better.
