Can we see a wukong buff/rework?

He is really good at bursting people down and cc'ing the entire team with his ulty He was probably one of the best lv 2's in the game. But his laning phase is so bad against champions that have sustain like garen/aatrox/xin. Anyone who has lifesteal/life regen. Could say its a counter pick but if you get counter picked you can at least lane, like you see Azir's and leblancs lane against one another. But if your up against a champ that has sustain like that he can't do anything unless he gets really fed from tping away or from ganks. I go 14-4 against the aatrox who went 7-8 cause I got some ganks. But they had to come up multiple times before I could even solo him just because of his sustain. And because of that their ez got fed and I couldn't try to engage on them because I would get vayne bolted back or get kicked back by lee. I couldn't fight them and deal with a split pusher. A buff to wukong would be nice, or at least a nerf to the guinsoos because its ridiculous. All aatrox did was split push. That is literally all he did. He was like Balls when he played Fiora lol Its rather annoying.
