and then your ADC does everything they can to take it from you. abilities, AA's, actively AA'ing it before it's in range for you to execute it and then using a spell to take it before you can react (or while you're in the middle of your AA animation for that matter), etc... item 3070 Braum

When ever I have a tank support with relics shield I always ping the cannon minion so they can execute it. Same with when I'm playing Thresh or Taric ...I ping it like 4 times so they know to let me execute it >_>

It is a little bit harder with Thresh, as he cannot execute due to his range. So while I greatly prefer if they let me take it with Thresh, I can understand why they might not want to take that risk. Besides, I normally start item 3301 with Thresh.

Wait relic only works on Meele oao? I thought it worked on thresh because I have always been able to execute it...maybe I'm just seeing thing.....

The gold share works on anyone, but the free execute is melee only. Thresh has to actually time his last hit correctly to get the gold, whereas most supports can just start AAing it until the execute procs. Thankfully, flay's passive helps with this.
