I don't think any top laner can beat Poppy late game to be honest. Since Nasus can be kited easily late game, Poppy can ignore the entire enemy team and beat them down in 2 shots each while taking no damage.

i literally could put my ult on anyone on the enemy team except the support because the support was the only one on the enemy that was actually dealing damage

someone who plays nasus usually sounds like a jock at the gym " guys check meh stacks i'm pushin 400" fact is he can be as fed as can be and he can't do anything about poppy ruining the enemy ADC.
