True story, I once played ranked. My team's nasus had 500 stacks at 20 minutes. It was disgusting. I don't even know how the enemy let him farm that.

Not to start a gameplay discussion in a Meme thread, but top lane, despite being my least-favorite role, is something I've been stuck with against Nasus. I pick Singed because, well, he's not hard to play, he's fun as hell to play in the rare chance I'm allowed outside of ARAM, and he's tanky enough (and annoying enough) to at least hold off most top-lane champs, and he's pretty freaking good DPS and late-games like a monster once you have a powered-up RoA + Rylai's + Liandry's (Dead Man's Plate if you can fit it in there in time) doing its very-freaking-hurtful work. Having said all that, I did fight a Nasus once, and just couldn't penetrate that wall of health, or really farm safely enough early on to get that all-important Liandry's to deal with him appropriately.
Some say you should just pressure the other lanes, but...To be honest, I used pre-rework Morde top lane. In fact, I got my second pentakill ever with Morde, oddly enough when forced into top lane as a last-pick role because every other was taken (which is very rare, most people love top lane), but with that not really making me comfortable anymore...I'm not so sure.
tl;dr: Yeah, man, totally.
If I ever have to face a Nasus with 1000 stacks, It's gonna need to be a 5 man gank.

you get in a 5vs4 fight,barely win and realize that you top turrets are all gone, it's time for inhib. the few players left go in and try to defend and they all feed him more stacks
