Forgetting smite would not be the end of the world if, JUNGLE ITEMS WERENT TIED TO XP AND YOU COULD BUY THEM WITHOUT SMITE
not getting lvl 2 off first camp is a real death sentence. I understand riot did this to discourage laners from taking jungle farm and top and mid buy jungle items but come on.
riot should add a prompt if you have queued for jungle and dont have smite ofc at the end of the day it's your own fault and i cant get mad at other junglers who forget smite because i was in that champ lobby too and could see he didnt have it. I forgot smite recently as nunu I offered my team to go afk so they could remake but since it was a normal we played it out and won, but my team might as well have been in a 4v5 even as nunu not having smite will put you 2 levels behind your bot lane at level 6 if not having smite is such a huge game changer they should at very least add a prompt if you queue jung and dont have smite
