Urf -Awesome Buff of Awesomely Awesome Buffing +Master Yi + Guinsoo's Rageblade

So in Urf, the Awesome Buff of Awesomely Awesome Buffing (Source: Star Guardian Urgot) states: Your attacks have a small chance to rework Ryze. Does this mean if I play full attack speed Master Yi with a Guinsoo's Rageblade, I can guarantee Ryze to change in the next Patch? Please help. This keeps me up at night. I have enough nightmares of being E-W-E-Q'd by Ryze already.
