ur kidding right. Not only does that 15 flat MS early game give you enough to catch most champs kuz we all know noone's gonna get boots for a few minutes. Rek'Sai also has a massive gap closer with hard CC and TONS OF DAMAGE. Her base damages are too high. And when she actually starts building damage....

Eh.. her "Massive" gap closer, is decent range and a very minimal speed increase, and you can't change direction during it.

I don't think I've ever seen a Rek properly gank. Though yes her base damage is insane. You'd think riot would have learned their lesson with dual form champions, but obviously not.
