i was about to dive (pre-6) with quinn a really low health zac ( i had 
also), my jungler was just waiting for me to get the minion wave to get the aggro.....
i end up walking forward too close to the turret and i get the aggro.... at least zac didnt get the kill
rengar never ganked for me again, i couldnt 1vs1 zac anymore...
but i still did well and had the most kills and gold in the game

That remind me how you aim skillshot thinking the enemies will dodge but they don't because are bronze
I once grabbed a thresh lantern and went over the baron pit's walls... mid-air I died because of a jinx rocket. Literally.

Why predict? Its at a distance far enough to register that it is coming so you can simply move to a spot where it will not hit you
