Idea for Que Dodge

I have noticed that a lot of people are afraid to dodge. Even when they are grouped with people they know are a troll. For instance, I recently dodged because of a certain player that I KNOW literally goes into every match and intentionally feeds every lane. I looked them up a while ago. 0 league points, 0 wins, and ... their KDA was about 0/19/3......Clearly a troll. They do that every match.

Now you might think that I got a time restriction or something. No, I got no punishment because I basicly never dodge.

But here is the problem. What happens when I get those kinds of people four five matches in a row? I get a half-hour wait time for my que, just because I dont want to join in a match with a known Toxxic/Feeder player? Pardon my language, but that is absolute fucking bullshit. Maybe you should ban the people we are avoiding? I know I report them every time, with a very detailed accounting of what happened.

So I propose a solution to this problem. Since Riot is either slow or misinformed (nobody ever reports those people) or more often that one person has like 7 accounts to smurf troll you....

My solution is very simple. When you dodge a match, a menu comes up. Very similar to the one you get when you report somebody after a match. Except this one is asking you why you dodged. If your reason is valid enough, no punishment. If you have no proof, and you are just being a dbag (OMG YOU DIDNT BAN ZIGGS LIKE I COMMANDED, OMG I WANTED TOP, OMG GG UNINSTALL) THEN YOU GET THE HAMMER.

For instance, you were just in a match with...XXpoopytimeXX (sorry if thats somebodys name, not targeting you) They were just plain toxic. Rude, trash talking, nit-picking everything that everybody else says and does, denies that they are feeding, even when their score is 0/50/1...

So again, I propose a system to be installed for people who dodge Queues for a reason. Similar to the report system, but you just provide a valid reason WITH PROOF OF YOUR CLAIM.... and no punishment. Otherwise you still get the standard punishment.

to be honest this is a good idea, but the amount of work you need to do for the ai to implement this is incredibly high, and u need to have staff always working on this situation since someone has to read the thousands of cards you would get from this system. needs some polishing but nevertheless a good idea.
