How to get a free summoners icon?
I would like to get one cool summoners icon, but how?

They will often release a handful of icons alongside events and skins, with one of them usually being purchasable with either RP like the rest or also 1500 IP. We'll count that as free since it's IP.
Less often we'll get 1 IP icons for events, typically the World Championships, though there are other times. (technical limitations prevent them from selling items in the Store for 0 IP)
Lastly, some events grant literally free icons for participating and/or achieving certain goals.
These are all limited offers most of the time, so keep an eye out for news on new releases :3 Currently there are no icons like this available.
