Niyumi1 votesBetween the two, I'd say Academy (or Foxfire). But I'd say Arcade is worth the bit more.
SpaghettiCodez1 votesi only have 953 RP rip
Niyumi1 votesYou can draw an MS Paint picture and send it to Riot, they'll give you 22 RP for the 975 skins. :P
SpaghettiCodez1 votesA what?? and how long will it take?
Niyumi1 votesOpen Microsoft Paint (or any drawing program), or even a piece of paper, and send a picture of something League related to Riot. Try your best at drawing your skin you want, or your favorite champ, or something, and send a ticket to Riot's support with the picture attached. They'll give you up to like 20 RP to get a skin if you're a little short -- but they'll only ever do this once for you.
Doesn't even have to be good, could just be a stick figure. As long as you do a picture for them. :P
As for how long it takes, depends. Could be a couple hours, could be a day or so.
