I don't see Poppy as just another cute yordle personally, her lore got kinda ruined from a honorable one to a lame one, so I just pity her.

Though her lore is reminiscent of Angry Birds and Fievel goes West's theme of rising to occasion when expectations exceed reality...or is that every movie... Damnit, Joseph Campbell.

In her old lore, the thing about Blomgrun and the Demacian crown was cool, but after that she became a freaking politician, that's just stupid. They didn't disprove the thing about Blomgrun and the crown with her new lore and if Galio's canon at all, then that part is too. But it works out better like this:

Poppy and her father make the crown for Demacia.
Her father gets killed by Noxian assassins, Poppy runs off into swamp and meets Galio.
Galio and Poppy go to the Demacians whom Poppy takes interest in.
New lore begins, the good stuff from the old lore still canon, yay!

But Riot hasn't comfirmed anything about her earlier lore being added to her new one, so I can just still say that it's lame.

Besides, her being a Demacian ambassador is what Bandle needed to improve relations, now there are none since Poppy doesn't even care about her own people at all.

They haven't said anything about what still remains of her old lore. However, if some of it isn't still canon, then Galio would still be sitting in the Howling Marsh, which he is not.

Besides, Bandle City doesn't need an ambassador with Demacia because they already have allies in Piltover and Demacia is pretty much friends with everyone who isn't Noxus or related.

Honestly, still waiting for a lore revamp since Poppy and Kled have been adding too many unanswered questions about the yordles. Not to mention that they lack in lore and some of the comnunity would LIKE to know what they do or how they live.

Easy, while the other Yordles live pretty much like Hobbits from the Lord of the Rings, Poppy's always on the road and Kled's killing trespassers.

Problem is that it says that poppy lived for centuries since the beggining of Demacia and Kled's been in every war in Noxus.

Which doesn't make much sense unless it's true that yordles live for ages, but even so, it confuses the heck out of me for Teemo, Tristana and all other yordles.

They do live for a very long time. It's not so confusing when you look at other fantasy worlds where mythical races live much longer than humans. For instance, elves in the LOTR are technically immortal and dwarves live to be a good 500 or so.

Problem is that there was not a single evidence of such thing untill Poppy got reworked. Literally none. I've read the Bandle lore over 10 times and all I could find from the wiki and there was nothing about it.

Technically she isn't too old, she sort of time traveled by spending like a day in the Glade that ended up being centuries later, otherwise, Lulu would be older than Tristana look wise instead of looking younger.

Well other than Lulu, there is no evidence that yordles live longer than humans other than the fact that the writers said so (don't ask me where, I can't remember).

I know, that's why I'm hoping for a lore revamp, maybe get an estimate on how old is each yordle champion for a start.

Really would help to have things organized just like they did with Shurima champions.
