Oh dude...I play this game since 2009 and I've had tons of people who were like "report this, report that, report everybody" and I've never had a single punishment, just because I never break the summoners code, which really isn't that hard.

If you don't do anything ban worthy, you shouldn't be banned. I have been report threatened for missing skill shots.
