I know, but if he becomes immune to blinds then people will start complaining and say stuff like "Brand shouldn't be lose hp from ignites or fire abilities" or "Nami shouldn't buy boots because she has no feet", etc. That's pretty much it.

Annies Teddy Bear can 1-shot for these reasons:

It is actually a soul of a bear imbued with some of the most powerful magic coming from the youngest girl league has seen thus far. (according to lore) All confined within a teddy bear she carries around because she is fucking more awesome then most other champs and learned the ropes to how to be a asshole in the game before even knowing about it. Plus there is the fact that she probs has more then just those powers they just leave her with the 4 + passive so she isn't OP. IE Syndra says "So much untapped power" since she has amazing powers but only gets to have 4+ a passive.
Its a fucking fire bear sitched together with arcane fire power seeping from the cracks.
MAGIC DOES NOT HAVE A NEED FOR SENSE!
GAME LOGIC CAN BE FUDGED!
