That is one of his cons (the other being if he has a bad ult), but If the ADC is good enough that he doesn't need too much help aside from shrines and occasional assistance with engaging, a good bard can assist 2 lanes (maybe all 3, but I haven't seen it before) plus the jungler all at once.

As a support, it's more of a worry when we lose outer turret and the ADC doesn't freeze the wave under tier 2. I usually start roaming around then.

Come on now, if they follow the wave into tier 2 turret they are super open to ganks. Keep it on our side and farm up, I have other people to try to help get fed.
