I just watch so many champs do this it's comical. And it's always AD champs with lots of mobility pulling this. Occasionally it's an AP assassin like Leblanc or maybe Diana but those three are the biggest offenders.

I'm only silver IV. It's a pretty Bronze/silver thing to watch happen. People playing champs with high mobility and kill potential get super fed and snowball out of control, and kind of have all the kills and the gold. It doesn't happen much in shorter games, but if you don't have any pushing power or map presence then this is pretty common. So, low elo.
