You could give focussing on cs a go. I got out of bronze that way quite easily.
This will make you get items faster than your teamates and the enemies so you can do more damage earlier. I found that instead of playing ARAM with the rest of my team fighting constantly I focus on farm for the first bit and fight when there is an objective to take (kill laner, take tower/drake).
The problem with bronze is how long the games go, after a while everyone has items. It's just up to who gets better positioning and lands their cooldowns during that last teamfight. You need to be more powerful earlier so you can take their base.
