A "Modify Champs To Break 'Em" Thread, but with style

We all very frequently see these threads on GD -- (we don't? "Boards"? Nesting?? Meaningful discussion!!? What year is it!?!?) but they all end up the same. Karthus, Katarina, Xerath, etc, etc. Some of the more interesting variations include change one number, and assemble a kit using Q as Q, etc.

But no more!

Here is the rules:

• You may modify one ability.
• You may only change/add scaling in the ability text. (unfortunately, I think this includes stuff like Yasuo Q AS CD [legibilty? shh bb is okay])
• The clincher YOU MUST ENCOURAGE BAD ITEM BUILDS

As you can see, the trick is to buff in a way, that nobody would notice if it was left out of the tooltip, but in a way that would change people's builds if it was ever added. Think AD Malzahar.

Be C9 Sneaky, be sly, be obnoxiously overpowered, but only all three at once.
