Sounds like an NA problem, I see this quite a lot.

Probably half of the games I play premade with a friend and we want bot we join champ select and our team mates immediately call top,mid and jungle.

the most common thing is that some people call their roles and others just fill.

5 people who all call roles instantly and are different from each other is like 1 in a Million.

Usually there is a fight over one of the solo lanes or ADC. 2-3 people bicker about top, mid, etc. Instalocking and are hell bent on their pick and will either feed if they don't get their role or troll the other person that chose the same role. In short, don't fucking play blind.

dynamic queue is queuing with multiple people in a premade group of any size, it has nothing to do with new champ select, which is what you're thinking of

As someone who always fills in blind pick, I sometimes have games where 3 people fill and they all refuse to pick a champion saying "you choose". During the last few seconds, we all start picking champs and end up having the same role multiple times. [zombie-brand-facepalm]
