JVP154 votesOkay, that is some seriously heavy weight. Lets see, red plates are 25 kilos. Yellow plates are 15 kilos. Bar is 15 kilos. The red plates add up to 100 kilos. Plus 30 kilos for the yellow, and another 15 kilos for the bar. That is 145 kilos for the clean. (for those not fluent in kilos and pounds, that is about 320 pounds). Let me tell you, it would not be fun doing that with 145 kilos. The lesson of today's story? Always blame the jungler.
