she is a good example as to why I think manaless champs should have a long cooldown on their abilities since they can harass indefinitely as long as their health isn't to low. this is how I think abilities should be broken up:
mana champs: limited usage - short cooldowns manaless champs: endless usage - long cooldowns energy champs: middle since usage is limited but easier to replenish than mana.
by the time late game rolls around, between cdr and mana regen, everything would just about balance itself out
I was playing jungling in a game yesterday. Our ADC at full build took my Raptors (that Jinx two shot the camp) and moved on to farming enemies as if they were minions, as if she needed the gold from that camp. I didn't say anything, but in my head I was like "What's the point?"

40 % CDR is max - Riven with BC and Lucidity + mastery has max CDR
What I hate about the Riven player base is that just because they are playing Riven they are going to carry the game and blame their team for THEIR mistakes

Well, I don't really want to defend Riven, but doesn't the little cdr stack past the 40% cap? I mean, Riven doesn't use mana, but mana doesn't become a huge issue late-game unless fights extend for awhile.
Honestly I'd rather have it on an energy assassin than Riven, because then they can throw out a lot of harass comparable to a mage and contribute more to a teamfight before the all-in on the squishies.
edit: and for clarification, I did not say Riven is an energy assassin. I'd rather have it on an energy assassin than Riven. As in I'd rather eat hot dogs than pork chops. "introducing the second element in a comparison." I was comparing the two, ya goof.
