I'm actualy a bit surprised Teemo doesn't show up in worlds honestly. I mean he doesn't have a high skill ceiling (like Wukong), but it's not like he really does that bad top, especially against top laners who really heavily on AA's. That and lingering damage is a tank/juggernauts worst nightmare, So I'd assume he would be a niche pick at least.
