Farm more. There's more factors taken into account than just KDA. Quite possibly wards and objectives count as well.
KDA, CS, Wards (placed/destroyed), Towers/Inhinbs taken, dragon/baron/herald taken and how high the skill level of the champion you are playing is considered by Riot (client on the champ page)... all of these things go into factoring your Grade.
Like a low skill champ with a decent KDA, Low CS and Wards will easily get an S over a high skilled champ that's got a high KDA like yours but rather low CS and the other factors, cause we can't see the wards placed or other objectives taken.

Low CS is a fact. I am going to guess 1 or no pink wards were bought by you and low ward placement overall. Who knows on your objective participation?
personally it looks like you went off in the game and just went for kills, forgoing the other aspects of the game so you were knocked a letter.
This is proving that letter grades are not A clear or B realistic. The game can not correctly calculate what it takes to win all the time. you were obviously pushing for a victory since it is a sub 30 minute game.
Riot has decided X other variables determine helping win more than KDA.
Probably should of been a -S.
You have played enough games to know Kills don't matter only objectives unless you a support then if you get 6 kills and two objective your S ranked with enough assists.
Play support. You get an S rank like every other game if you know what you're doing.
