But a jungler CAN make you win an otherwise lost lane, maybe this is just me being a support main talking but that is what I do as a jungler, ensure that the lane that needs help gets it. If somebody asks for help and you don't give it to them than their lane gets badly lost you do share responsibility because it is a team game but it doesn't let them off the hook.

It's highly risky ganking lost lanes as a Jungler. There is a high chance of either feeding the opponent further or not achieving much at all, which costs you a lot of time. Usually the safest way is keeping away, and get kills on another lane, in hopes of turning things around during midgame. I think it's a process most Junglers go through - at least I did, and I wasn't playing support as often at that time. It has a lot to do with understanding what Jungle is actually about. First you get this impression of "I have to gank and help all the time, because thats a Junglers job" , but in truth the initial reason to jungle was/is to make the most of exp/gold offered on the map. Everything else (Ganking, warding! and gank-prevention) just developed from there.

Not to mention that many lanes don't offer the support necessary to make a gank successful whether thay are ahead or not. Ganking for a Ezreal Soraka lane is really tough regardless of whether or not the enemy has summoner 4 .

Especially when the jungler could be snowballing his top or mid lane. Or counterjungling... or soloing drag...

Communication and mini map checking is key in ganks. If the adc just keeps going all in over and over, then let them die. Some just don't farm, they think going for kills is all that matters. Sometimes you just need to hold back and bit, freeze the lane and farm. A gank is a community event, not a rogue operation. Everyone needs to be in tune. The gank should be the thing that turns it around, not the only weapon.

funniest part is this is all you can do and more importantly mute them

my freind did play 25 adc games 25 support games. he won 20 support games but only 5 adc games becuase people dont get how to do that properly and he did. the adc games he could never get a proper support that behaved as expected making it hard to sync while as support he went "i got this"

adcs where to squishy if the support feeds and you get the far behind and then the supp leaves the lane... its not possible to recover as the adc whos behind and now 1v3 if the enemy jungle is smart so the story goes anyways

p.s edit in he played those gams when the stronk pantheon jungle was a thing he couldn't goto lane with out evaporating into a death or 100% back if touched

Reminds me of a PBE game I had earlier yesterday where a Malzahar was flaming me for going 2 and 6 before. The problem was that this malzahar saw that if he was at 60% health, that he had to back so literally every time I went to gank for him he''d always back off almost instantly and let me die. :/

I got annoyed and let his lane fall and started ganking other lanes and what do you know following up actually helps and we turned the game around eventually winning.

I hate when I am able to nurse my adc back to the turret. And then I start to try to just hold the other team back until they return. And suddenly they spring into action with 10 HP and die instantly. I just want to rage why they didn't back and return. I know that will not help though, and try to politely insinuate that it is ok to return to the fountain. Pros do it, they get low, they get back and then return to lane.

I had one of those douchebags yesterday.

I started typing "Admit it you are bad, you just lost a bunch of 1v1s"

He got a kill early so I focused on the other lanes.. mid was 4/2, I had two dragons and this guy was constantly whineing I wasn't ganking his lane. I have another 2 lanes I have to worry about.

"now he comes for the easy low health kill" "I move slow, I started coming the moment I saw you engage in a 1v1 with a tank ekko that has already killed you 8 times"

That tank ekko then was an unkillable assassin that carried his team... balanced..
