How come Neeko don't turn into food to kill her enemies

she could turn into something small like a bean change back into herself expanding really quickly inside an enemy champion's stomach.

Who would just eat food that came out nowhere during a battle?
Yeah, just let me lower my guard where assassins and mages lurk in the shadows while I'm engaged in the thick of a battle to eat some bean I found on the ground.

Fun idea, until you get the mental image of half of Neeko's body trapped inside whatever's left of the victims rib cage after expanding. Gruesome... Also, wouldn't her body experience the same pressure as the victim? She'd be crushed! Also-also, bathing in stomach acid can't be healthy for Neekos...
