I never mention it. Unless of course its Teemo. Then I explode inside and then virtually scream about through the use of capitals and many exclamation points in chat.

I hate people that build like this. Of all the things why THIS. It isn't optimized for any part of your kit and because Teemo's ratios suck on some things and rock on others you can't just build for everything, it doesn't work.

General best build for Teemo top = item 3136>item 3020>item 3100>item 3285>item 3157>item 3135>item 3151>item 1311 or item 1310>item 2139

Covers assassin Teemo, generally the best Teemo at the moment. At least, in my elo where people are idiots and let me drive by their ADC.

I've been tempted to watch that Kotoura-san, but I don't think I'd enjoy it as much as the abridged series.

Then again, sometimes building a champion differently isn't a bad thing. If I prefer playing and play better with AD Bruiser Evelynn than AP Evelynn, who are they to judge me?
