Sooo... Skarner steals girls in the middle of the night with his tail that gives him passive Armor Penetration? Hmm... OH GOD! (>;_;>)

is there a bug or something? Haven't played league in a week or 2. Quite bored of the Game especially with Ekko being added in the game hes kinda un fun to play against. Not to mention you either feel to weak or to strong as tanks.
