What does the 'difficulty' bar mean in champion stats?

I saw that there was a bar named difficulty in champion stats. Does that have any relations with the actual champion?

now I don't know 100%, but to me it basically means how many "skill shots" the champ has. the most "skill shots" the higher the difficulty.

nope...it means they can be harder to master since their kits can be used in more ways...some have different combos, some get a certain buff exagerated if cast in a certain order... i mean just look up some LeeSin videos and you'll see what i mean...he can pull of so many different combos it looks like he has 20 kits. Mastering all of them can be extra difficult ergo the bar is high.

You said most skill shots. Some champions have all skill shot kits but not many combos to them. Champions with a lot of skill shots combined with the variety of their uses is what pumps the bar up.

Considering champions range from "LOL easy" to "really easy" to just "easy," I would say that difficulty doesn't mean anything.
