What does the 'difficulty' bar mean in champion stats?
I saw that there was a bar named difficulty in champion stats. Does that have any relations with the actual champion?

now I don't know 100%, but to me it basically means how many "skill shots" the champ has. the most "skill shots" the higher the difficulty.

Considering champions range from "LOL easy" to "really easy" to just "easy," I would say that difficulty doesn't mean anything.

Generally, the bar is an estimate of how difficult a champion would be for a new player to pick up and learn.
Basically, how straight-forward or intuitive their kit is for a player new to the game.
