AP Kog wins this one all around. Just continously kite with E and R until they die. AD Kog has to itemize with heavy MR and go for a wits end guinsoos build. A bit rough if Cass is ahead but due to QSS and range he should still come out on top.
On a side note a bit interesting that Kog is champion:96 while Cass is champion:69
