A simple reason why you should give me first blood when I'm your support:

item 2049 costs 800g and I will have enough map awareness that I can save you from any gank (unless it's a 5 man towerdive)

Or don't leave lane until you have 800g. Because with the first back, the standard is that you have at least enough for that.

If you get FB on bot before your first back then it's most likely not possible to push the tower or do dragon effectively, so you'll just want to push the minions into their tower and then back. If you didn't get the FB bonus gold (or 3 assists from a failed gank) you most likely won't be able to buy a sightstone.

Um..i always leave with at least 800g. Even if a kill occured. It makes no sense to back for boots + ruby crystal imo.

The problem is that you want to keep your advantage. Your ADC should get at least a broadsword or a pickaxe after an early kill. If you can't afford the SS as support at that time you'll buy boots, a ruby crystal and optionally a pink to keep the safer bush warded.

And why wouldn't i just stay to get my missing 100 - 200 gold?

I mean i know they'll buy something but the level advantage usually makes up for it, and i'm not losing passive gold/xp if i stay.

Plus, the Adc may leave but i can still get the stray farm.
